Seriously? A bottled water that is gluten-free? And to top it off it's electro-kinetically modified! And it contains USP Oxygen! You know the oxygen in a cylinder that must be 99.0 percent oxygen and odor free. I like the package design and the hint of peach flavor is nice. Zero calories, zero everything. Will it help you "recover" faster from your workout? A similar product was tested by the University of Florida back in 2013  (you know, the people who brought us Gatorade) and actually found that there were benefits to post- workouts range of motion, lower elbow pain and less muscle damage. However, that water was reverse osmosis and stated the levels of calcium chloride, magnesium chloride and potassium bicarbonate on the label. This one doesnt. I fear that at $3 a bottle the only person recovering is the company that makes this.
