Wow! This is what salsa is supposed to taste like! Great chunks of tomatoes that taste like...tomatoes! A recipe of Anaheim, jalapeno and Serrano peppers that give a delicious flavor and burn. This is the medium - I can only imagine how great the "hot" is. I tasted it out of the package, then on a baked potato. I can see using this on thousands of foods. It really is that good.
