Today shoppers may not know the exact number of ounces that used to be in a bag of coffee, a box of cereal, or sheets in a package of paper towels but they know something is different

Every time I’m in a supermarket, which is about 10+ times a week, I watch shoppers do the math in the aisle. And I can tell you this: nobody’s pulling out photo to check if that bag of chips is actually smaller than it was six months ago.
